Hi and welcome! First time blogging for me. My life is so crazy I don't know where to start! Do you like cats? I like cats...............I'm up to my eyeballs with cats. One of my hobbies is kitten rescue. I find kittens born outside, hand raise them, find them homes. Sounds simple, right?!? Wrong! Tons of work but I love them and wish the best for each, individual kitten I find.
It's fall time, temperatures are dropping, leaves falling. Mother nature is getting ready for winter. But, wait a minute, stray cats are still having kittens! What are they thinking? One female down the road just had 4 kittens last week. Great, and I thought my work was done for this season! I'll wait until they are 3 weeks old, snatch them, raise them and have mom spayed. I hope that's the end until next year!
To relax, I embroider. I love vintage embroidery patterns from the 40's and 50's. Just think they are too cute. I wish I had a little one to make these for. Here's one I just finished!:
